Information clause regarding processing of personal data
1) The controller of your personal data is Oknoplast Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Ochmanów, Ochmanów 117, 32-003 Podłęże, Poland, hereinafter: the Controller.
2) You can contact the Controller via e-mail address: biuro@oknoplast.com.pl or in writing to the office address. In matters relating to personal data protection, please contact us via e-mail address: privacy@oknoplast.com.pl.
3) Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
a) conclusion or performance of a contract – your data is processed based on the fact that it is necessary for conclusion or performance of a contract upon Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 679 – hereinafter GDPR;
b) execution of statutory obligations. We process your data in connection with the performance of our obligations under applicable law, in particular tax law and accounting law obligations. The ground for processing of data is the fact that it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject (Article 6(1)(c) of GDPR)
c) determination, brining of and defence against claims. If justified, your personal data is processed by us to determine, bring or defend against claims (e.g. claims resulting from breach of contract). The legal ground for processing of personal data for the above purposes is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR)
4) Your personal data may be transferred to providers of services for the Controller related to the performance of the agreement, such as: our agents or representatives in your country, suppliers of IT systems and services, banks, providers of postal, accounting, financial or legal services.
5) Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
6) Your personal data will be processed within a term necessary for the performance of the contract. The period of personal data processing may be be extended for the time limits required by law provisions (e.g. tax law) or/and for a period of limitation for claims arising from the contract
7) You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, and to portability of data. Additionally, as regards the processing of personal data for other purposes relating to a legitimate interest of the Controller, you have the right to object to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation. 8) You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority dealing with the protection of personal data if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR
9) Providing data is required by Oknoplast Sp. z o.o. for the purpose of conclusion and performance of the agreement. A refusal to provide Controller with the data shall result in the impossibility of its performance.
